Event Production for Brumê

For a special Brumê event celebrating the launch of its new collection, Essence was responsible for the complete concept and organization of the experience, overseeing the project from the first interactions with guests through the post event follow up.

The work included the creation and distribution of invitations, guest curation, development of the décor and overall atmosphere, as well as food and beverage coordination, ensuring an experience fully aligned with Brumê’s identity and positioning.

During the event, Essence also handled the audiovisual coverage, capturing the key moments, details and interactions throughout the evening. After the event, we managed the selection, organization and delivery of the images to guests, extending the brand experience beyond the event itself.

Every stage was developed as part of an integrated journey, connecting production, relationships, aesthetics and content into one complete experience.

More than organizing an event, the goal was to create an intimate, visually distinctive and memorable gathering, with Essence present throughout the entire journey, from the initial invitation to the final content delivery.
